About Us
Jason and the staff of Cowboy BBQ not only bring you an authentic western style BBQ, they also live the lifestyle, bringing the true "cowboy" factor to every event. Jason has always had a passion for BBQ and loves what he does, which is serve great food to the community he loves.
A family business, which was founded in 2007 by Jason Smith, over the years the business has grown to 5 cookers and multiple family and friends as staff. Jason strives for excellence, in the hope that one day his son, Julius, will take over the BBQ business. You can see Julius at events giving his Dad and the staff a helping hand. He already has a love for the work and no doubt will join the business someday by his Dad's side.
